Who Would Have Known?

Jesus touched multitudes healing their infirmities,
Yet they pierced His hands and lower extremities.
The Lord walked in Judaea around the Sea of Galilee,
Preaching glad tidings to all, and set the captives free.
He fulfilled His Father’s will with great amazing feats.
Making a bloody sacrifice to save His wandering sheep.
The Pharisees accused Him falsely of blatant blasphemy.
The Soldiers beat his back in scraps to die at Calvary.
Blood dripped down profusely—poured out as plethora.
He cried aloud and died and then declared Anathema.
His arch enemy, Satan, gloated over Israel’s Holy Son.
But He defeated the Devil and all his million minions.
His Father turned His back to hide His Holy face, as
Christ took away the sinner’s sins utterly in disgrace.
He laid in damp and darkened tomb posthumous,
But Early Sunday morning He revived like Lazarus!
His dumfounded disciples were hiding in disbelief,
Inspecting all His wounds, rejoiced with great relief.
Who would have known He’d rise to total freedom?
And return one day to usher in His Mighty Kingdom.
All because God miraculously proved Himself again.
Trust His Resurrected Son to be your Faithful Friend.

O I Feel Fine

Dr. Feel Good has many clients,
Many are led by lustful tyrants.
In a world of pleasure seekers,
Some are lured by fleshy teasers.
They’re corrupted by feeble naughtiness:
Their rejection results in haughtiness.
No God, No Rules, and without hope.
They have their fill with dangerous dope.
Some feel like drinking insatiable booze.
Wake up world—it’s no time to snooze!
Hell has widened to consume us all,
Even self-righteous men forever fall.
O that people would ingratiate Christ,
And be forgiven by His Bloody Sacrifice.
Why measure yourselves by yourselves?
Repent from trusting in your own selves.
It’s Christ who died and paid sins price.
He redeems souls from the final woe,
And women living as hell bound hoes.
This world will inevitably fall apart.
So little time to make things right.
The gospel message still holds light.
I pray we’ll be ready for His return,
When He reigns in judgement firm.
The righteous and sinner will appear,
Only heavenly hearts will be pure,
Or will you live in eternal fear?

My Love

Like a horse winning a Kentucky Derby,
You’re a prize lady sweet as honey.

Your graces are like trained stallions,
Your eyes are like gold medallions.

I long to know your kindred spirit
And sing you songs of lovely lyrics.

As a stallion meets its thoroughbred mare,
So my heart yearns for a cordial affair.

As owners view a horse’s physique,
Your curves have a certain mystique.

As a horse gallops over dewy plains,
My heart loves kisses in misty rains.

As ponies’ purpose is to breed in time,
My offspring is yours, if you’ll be mine.

Simple Salvation

God knows the problems on this terrestrial Earth.
Sin lies in our hearts from mother’s natural birth.
But how can we avoid that deep pit of hell?
Why are hearts so bitter by sinner’s evil will?
Are you a Pharisee too, who’s better than his brother?
Just why does man look down upon one-another?
The Light has shown over darkened evil deeds,
By God’s Holy Messiah, made of the woman’s seed.
His power displayed was evident–healing every disease.
He even raised the dead, and stopped the raging seas.
He lived a perfect life to restore our helpless state.
The Lamb was also slain to change our eternal fate.
Let’s lavish in His love, and live in perfect freedom,
And seek for His return–in God’s eternal kingdom.
Humbly bow to Him who wears a golden crown.
Lest we face His Judgment with a fearful frown.
He’s the risen Lord, and reigns over all Creation.
Now’s the time to trust Jesus for eternal salvation.
He imparts the Holy Spirit that certainly never wanes.
To carry you to heaven, and despite your Earthly banes.
It was the Lord’s humble will, who hung on Calvary’s tree.
To give you His salvation–so simple and forever free.

The Final Result

It’s easy to fall thru the cracks,
Or have friends stab you in the back.
Or be cajoled into buying a lemon,
Or commit a crime to be summoned.
It’s easy to drive endangering others safety.
Or lay down and abort an unborn baby.
Who can be safe in this world of hurt,
when death lingers over timely births?
Yes, we can live in Christ’s eternal life
Jesus can end our temerarious strife.
God is not willing to crush your soul.
Yet, He saves a remnant—just a few.
Don’t be lost, but acknowledge God’s Son.
He shines in hearts glowing like the Sun.
A new beginning requires a new birth.
Only accept His Grace for salvation first,
And escape a hell-bound-sinner’s fate.
If you could eliminate sin by yourself,
Then His blood was wasted as rubbish.
Trusting Jesus rejects the self-righteous.
His Love isn’t grievous, but most precious!

The Sea of Forgetfulness

I was drowning, and sinking in sin—
Regretting each one with deep chagrin
As I lived on, I couldn’t face the facts.
My morbid memory made me retract.
I felt remorse with tongue in cheek.
My grave clothes had really reeked.
So, I ran to Jesus to set me free—
Like a river runs rapid into the sea.
Like a wayward son to see Father God,
I relinquished my pride inside this bode.
My search for peace related to Christ;
My Kinsman redeemer paid the price.
Like an eternity going East to West,
His blood atoned with simple trust.
He’s mercy answered my crying plea.
Now all is forgiven in the forgetful Sea.
The beauty of Christ is living a new life.
For Believers who trust fully in Christ.

The Wicked

Wicked livid witches brew

angry hatred to attack holy lights.

These sinners are blind and depraved.

As the seas burying their dead,

their graves never fill.  Yet simple sinners

fall into destruction, like

Humpty Dumpty who had a great fall.

Even as Adam fell; we all fall indeed.

But few escape their blind perceptions,

Leading to hell from sinful conceptions.

Cold hearted lies darkened through

Satan’s destractions, as he pierces dim eyes

Into utter destruction.  The World’s hollowed hearts

are dearthed, waiting for crystal clear waters,

to burst from their dry empty wells.

The truth cries out:  come up hither and sit

Above the proud mountains.  Your soul seeks

refreshments from springs of living fountains.

As you cast thyself down into a dirty grave,

hope rises in the Lord’s Resurrection.

After all is said and done,

will you reign with God’s Eternal Son?

What Would Jesus Do?

Would Jesus visit porn perverted stars?

Or sit with those in darkened bars,

Or converse with horny homos,

Or crash those Mardi Gras’ parties,

And preach to sin sick cities,

Like the lost in Vegas venues?

Perhaps He’d correct corrupt politicians

For lying like self-righteous-rich-religions,

That impose needless rules on gullible fools.

He’d comfort sickly seniors—dying in homes alone.

And feed hungry children with plenty on the bone.

He’d touch those with the corona-virus too,

And touch those afflicted with the common flu.

He’d cure deep depression of every mortal kind,

And shine His light in darkened suicidal minds.

It costs Jesus much blood to cure our fatal blues.

We try to save face, but sin stains the human race.

Jesus died to save us from this cursed-inflicted-place.

Jesus Christ alone, frees us thru His redeeming grace.

The Perfect Performance

My kin approaches the white plate;
A pitch determines his future’s fate.

The barrel hits the teaming threads.
The runners advance to bases ahead.

His teammates stand quietly up.
The spinning ball wasn’t a pop up.

All the bases wait like hot sand bags,
As my kin runs free from infield tags.

The whistling fans applaud his fame,
As his opponents look on with distain.

My kin is honored with every stride.
As his team retires to end the side.

Just one more time to feel the fun.
As he scores another home run.

This National past time lingers at nights,
As young players luster under lights.

The Umpire records the winning hit.
Thank God for this victorious visit.

Morning Joy

Our prayers rise
Night and day: over
Fleshly thorns in
Every way. But
God mends our
Moods, and gives
Us daily foods.
Our Future hopes
Rest beyond the blue,
But pains of life
May sometimes
Accrue. Come
What may, there’s
Another day to
humble and pray.
For God knows our
Every care, and covers
Every sin we bare. He
Alone renews our
Soul’s affairs. So, wait
Till morning comes,
For He who holds
You, holds the Sun.
