We say, “I love you” over and over,
But when it fades—will hope recover?
If by chance we split, and life ends blue,
And you want to shift to someone new.
As we dwell in bodies with little leaven,
Remember we’ll live in eternal heaven.
By chance our love grows freezing cold,
Remember the times our love was bold?
We laughed so hard we went belly up.
We dined at night, and played like pups.
There’re no regrets in times spent together.
We appreciated and accepted loving each other.
Forget about our flaws and sinful behaviors,
Somehow, they skipped like turning pages.
Our future is bright being led by the Lord.
We’ve bonded so tightly by love’s strong cord.
I’m much obliged to love God, and you a lot!
Let’s us continue in grace and love we’ve got.
